Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission (“M-NCPPC” or “Commission”) is soliciting proposals from qualified janitorial service providers for building cleaning services at the new 14-story Wheaton Headquarters located at 2425 Reedie Drive, Wheaton,Maryland 20902. The selected janitorial service provider (the “Contractor”) shall provide all management, supervision, personnel, materials, tools, transportation and equipment necessary for the effective and timely accomplishment of the required services.
