MORENO VALLEY BUSINESS & EMPLOYMENT RESOURCE CENTER DESIGN SERVICES

The City of Moreno Valley is soliciting proposals from qualified architectural firms to provide comprehensive interior design and space planning services for the relocation and expansion of its Business & Employment Resource Center (BERC). The BERC will be moving from its current 3,500-square-foot facility to a new 35,000-square-foot interior space within a commercial development. The initial phase of the project will focus on designing and constructing approximately 20,000 square feet, with the option to expand to the full 35,000 square feet in the future. The BERC operates a comprehensive America’s Job Center of California and serves as a vital resource for both businesses and job seekers, offering workforce development programs, employment services, business assistance, training areas, and community engagement spaces. The selected firm will be responsible for the full interior architectural design of the new facility, including space planning, programming, interior finishes, ADA compliance, construction management, and coordination with City staff and stakeholders. This Request for Proposals (RFP) invites experienced firms to submit their qualifications, relevant project experience, and a proposed approach for delivering a functional, flexible, and welcoming interior space that meets the needs of the community and City staff. Each bidder is hereby informed that proposals and its contents are subject to disclosure in accordance with the California Public Records Act (California Government Code Sections 7920 et seq.).
