FOR PROFESSIONAL CONSULTANT DESIGN SERVICES FOR MORENO MDP LINE K AND RECHE CANYON DEBRIS BASIN (CITY PROJECT NO. 804 0021)

The City of Moreno Valley desires to construct a new Debris Basin adjacent to Reche Canyon Drive/Locust Avenue and install a new storm drain pipeline starting from this basin, along Locust Avenue, along Moreno Beach Drive and along Ironwood Avenue to discharge into a Riverside County Flood Control and Water Conservation District (RCFC&WCD) flooding easement between Ironwood Avenue and the Nason Basin. The improvements shall also include erosion control at the storm drain outlet and construction of asphalt pavement. You are hereby invited to submit a proposal for providing professional consultant design services including, but not limited to: environmental clearance (PAED), storm drain easement document preparation, Right-of-Way acquisition, permit processing, engineering plans, specifications and construction cost estimate (PS&E) associated with Line K and Reche Canyon Debris Basin and providing bidding support and design services during project construction. Each bidder is hereby informed that proposals and its contents are subject to disclosure in accordance with the California Public Records Act (California Government Code Sections 7920 et seq.).
