Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

The City of Bridgeport and the Board of Education seeks proposals to select an Project Title provider . The program will serve approximately 1,400 full-time City of Bridgeport employees (both uniformed and non-uniformed), as well as around 2,800 full-time and part-time employees of the Bridgeport Board of Education. Coverage will extend to employees' dependents, eligible family members, and household members, including domestic partners, elderly relatives, roommates, and college students living away from home. Eligibility may also include former employees who have been terminated within the past 30, 60, or 90 days to assist with their transition.
