Electronic Health Record

Project Description: Mt. San Antonio College Student Health Services and Behavioral Health Services is requesting approval to enter into a five year contract for the provision of a hosted Electronic Health Record (EHR) system to be used in both Student Health and Behavioral Health Clinics. This contract will facilitate the implementation of a patient health management system that will help streamline the delivery of services, ensuring a secure, organized, and accessible format for students. The EHR system will manage and store student health data digitally, enhancing both the Medical Services and Behavioral Health Services provided at Mt. SAC. The system will allow for real-time updates to patient records, making information immediately accessible to authorized healthcare providers and improving overall patient care. It will also enable better communication among healthcare professionals, ensuring that both medical and behavioral health providers have the most up-to-date information on each student’s health.
