Vendor needs to provide older adult caregivers of persons with intellectual or developmental disabilities, and older adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities support services to the government authority located in Milwaukee, WI.• The support for older adult caregivers of persons with intellectual or developmental disabilities, and older adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities program will provide intensive in–home intervention and other support services to older adults aged 60 and older with developmental disabilities who have significant functional impairment and who have been identified in need because of challenges or risk related to cognitive difficulties, abuse, neglect (including self–neglect), institutionalization, exploitation or crisis.  • Coordinate intervention in any situation that may threaten a client’s wellbeing, including arranging emergency and any additional services as deemed necessary.  • Provide group information, education, and advocacy services for aging caregivers caring for a loved one with a disability.  • Provide information to clients and their caregivers on services provided by the department of health and human services, aging and disabilities services, long–term care, and public benefit programs.
