CMAR - TERMINAL GREASE INTERCEPTOR REPLACEMENT AND IMPROVEMENT PROJECT

Request for Proposals (“RFP”) County of Orange (“County”) is soliciting proposals from qualified Contractors (“Respondents”), to provide Construction Manager at Risk (“CMAR”) Services for Project Title Project (“Project”) located at Project Address . The awarded proposal (“Contract”) will provide a negotiated Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for Pre-Construction Services and Construction Services between the County and the selected Respondent (“CMAR Entity” or “CMARE”). The County may, at its sole discretion, exercise its option to negotiate a GMP for the construction of the Project with the CM and will return to the Board of Supervisors for authorization to execute a construction services contract. Respondents are not to contact other County personnel with any questions or clarifications concerning this RFP. Any response relevant to this RFP other than through or approved by County Procurement Services is unauthorized and will be considered invalid.
