Edinburg Airport Terminal Improvements Project CSJ No. 25TBEDINB

City of Edinburg Department of Aviation is hereby soliciting responses from qualified Vendors to provide remodeling services for the rehabilitation and modernization of its airport terminal building which is twenty-five years old. Work to be performed at the South Texas International Airport at Edinburg terminal includes replacement of outdated mechanical, energy, plumbing, lighting, ceiling, flooring, access, and HVAC systems; upgrade and expansion of restrooms to meet The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) standards; exterior roof and walls repairs and/or treatments; removal and installation of non-load bearing interior walls; millwork; data, communications, electrical hardware installation or communication; exterior floodlighting, electrical connections, and signage installation.
