(1) Vendor needs to provide event manager service. – Manage event–related logistics for a variety of interior and exterior events at including, but not limited to parties, professional meetings, weddings, cocktail receptions, and special dinners.– Ensure smooth functioning of events by coordinating all event logistics including facility tours, bookings, catering, outside vendors.– Collaborate with the Arts, Culture and Tourism Department to coordinate events as booked. Act as on–site coordinator for renters. Supervise on–site staff at events.– Maintain processes and systems for event tracking, financial and legal documents (permits, rental agreements, deposits, fees) related to rentals, including coordination with agency staff.• Ability to be on–site as needed to support event management.• Computer literacy and ability to learn new software as necessary.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 14, 2026.
