Washington County Facilities and Parks Services is seeking bid for the safety upgrades at our Service Center East location for the Justice Court program located in Suite 150. The work of this contract is an interior improvement to portions of the main floor of an existing two story split level office building. The Work includes selective demolition and required material and labor for the finished construction as indicated on the Drawings, and as specified in these Project Specifications for the Washington County Service Center East Justice Court Tenant Improvement.
