(1) Vendor needs to provide fluorescence spectrometer chlorophyll–a analysis service to the government authority located in Milwaukee, WI.• One Fluorescence Spectrometer compatible with Standard Methods 10200 H (2011) meeting the specifications set forth in sections 2–7.•One autosampler with a minimum of 270 sample positions.• One each of the following: HP computer, monitor, keyboard, and mouse.• All required hardware, fittings, tubing, and accessories for full operation.• System control software (latest available version) without third–party dependencies.• Installation• Minimum one full day on–site operator training.• Complete documentation, including operator manuals, maintenance manuals, and validation documentation.• The fluorescence spectrometer must:• Perform chlorophyll–a analysis in accordance with Standard Methods 10200 H (2011).• Provide an excitation wavelength at 430 nm and an emission wavelength at 663 nm.• Maintain a wavelength accuracy of ±1.0 nm and reproducibility of ±0.5 nm.• Achieve detection limits at or below 0.72 mg/m3.• Demonstrate linear response across a concentration range of 0 to 100 mg/m3.• Provide precision and reproducibility suitable for regulatory monitoring.• Support multi–point calibration curves and enable storage and recall of calibration curves, association with analytical runs, and documentation of calibration date, analyst, and parameters.• Support analysis and clearly identify QC samples including calibration standards, calibration verification standards, method blank, and laboratory control samples.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 23, 2026
