(1) Vendor needs to provide analytical laboratory instrument manufacturing service to the government authority located in Silver Spring, MD.• Required Manufacturer: Rapid Micro Biosystems, Inc. (proprietary consumables designed to enhance system performance).• Ordering Frequency: Delivery Orders (DOs) will be issued on an as–needed basis (anticipated at approximately four DOs per year).• Shelf–Life Requirement: All cassettes and vision lids must possess an expiration date that is at least three (3) months after the date of delivery.• Logistics: Freight costs associated with delivery must be accounted for and included.• Required Consumables & Estimated Maximum Annual Quantities(2) The contract period will be for one year.
