(1) Vendor needs to provide affordable rental housing project utilizing hud home funding service to the government authority located in Albuquerque, NM. • Develop an Affordable Rental Housing project for low– to moderate–income populations that complies with the regulatory requirements of HUD HOME Investment Partnerships grant funding• Provide affordable housing units that meet current HOME Rent Limits to income–eligible households and in accordance with HUD Income Limits, as published by HUD.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Aug 28, 2026.
