(1) Vendor needs to provide building and development review services to provide as–needed contract services for building inspections, plan review, floodplain review, zoning review, local design criteria review and related development code review services to the government authority located in Lago Vista, TX.• Residential building inspections.• Commercial building inspections.• Foundation inspections.• Framing inspections.• Mechanical inspections.• Electrical inspections.• Plumbing inspections.• Energy code inspections.• Insulation inspections.• Fire–rated assembly inspections, where applicable.• Pool and spa inspections.• Accessory structure inspections.• Remodel, addition, and alteration inspections.• Retaining wall or site–related building inspections.• Certificate of occupancy inspections.• Re–inspections.• Emergency or priority inspections, if requested.• Documentation of inspection results.(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 08, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
