Construction Manager at Risk (CM at Risk) Preconstruction and Construction Services for Request for Qualifications for Front Office Remodeling located at: Crismon Elementary School, 825 W Medina Ave, Mesa, AZ 85210 Hermosa Vista Elementary School, 2626 N 24th St, Mesa, AZ 85213 Irving Elementary School, 3220 E Pueblo Ave, Mesa, AZ 85204 Your company is invited to submit a sealed Statement of Qualifications to provide CM at Risk preconstruction and construction services for Request for Qualifications to “ Front Office Remodeling at Crismon Elementary School, Hermosa Vista Elementary School, and Irving Elementary School” , in accordance with the specifications contained herein, and in compliance with the School District Procurement Code as it applies to such procurements. Construction will begin in Spring 2024 and be completed and ready for occupancy for the start of school in August 2024.
