(1) Vendor needs to provide holiday lights installation service to the government authority located in Gainesville, FL.  – Wrap six magnolia trees around fountain with alternating warm white and blue– C9 bulbs with spiral wraps spaced 24” apart vertically.– Lights must be wrapped to the top of each tree for a very dense, professional holiday display with lights visible throughout most of the canopy.– Each Magnolia tree ranges in size from approximately 35’ to 50’ tall and 15’ to 17’ in diameter. (2) A mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on July 7, 2026. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 14, 2026.
