Description
The City of Caldwell, Idaho, invites you to submit sealed proposals for the following: The City of Caldwell is soliciting proposals for licensed, qualified, and experienced holiday light installers to install holiday lights in downtown Caldwell, which includes the Indian Creek Plaza and Train Depot and other selected areas for the 2024 holiday season. The proposal must also include taking down holiday lights on the date specified by the city. We encourage visitation and shopping to create a full experience for each resident and visitor. The RFP intends to have a successful vendor enter into an agreement with the City of Caldwell for the desired services. The term of the initial agreement shall be for the 2024 holiday season. At its sole discretion, the City of Caldwell shall retain the option to award up to three (3) renewal periods of one (1) year each.
