Description

The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to solicit competitive sealed Bids from qualified companies to provide and maintain MFPs to include, but not limited to: support copying; printing; scanning; and faxing needs of the County. MFP costs shall be on a cost per copy basis to include all maintenance and supplies, excluding paper. All MFPs shall be network capable and shall be connected to the Volusia County network at the start of the Contract. Each unit shall be equipped with the software and hardware necessary to provide the functionality and connectivity as outlined in the Scope of Services.
