This is a Notice for a Sole Source Source designation for Clay County Board of County Commissioners. Commodity or Service Required: Fitness Court System, Fitness Court App and Digital Tracking System. Justification for Single/Sole Source Acquisition: National Fitness Campaign LP is the original manufacturer or provider. Recommended Procurement Approach: For the reason stated above, Clay County Purchasing Department intends to utilize the Sole Source Procurement method to contract with National Fitness Campaign LP for supplying the above.
