Notice of Intended Single / Sole Source Purchase - Granicus

The description of services intended for purchase from a Single Source is posted in accordance with section 287.057(3)(c), Florida Statutes and will be posted for a minimum of 7 business days. This is a Notice for a Sole Source Source designation for Clay County Board of County Commissioners. Commodity or Service Required: On-Demand Video and Live Streaming Services that include Annual Support, CaptionLive Premium, EASE™ Custom, and Social Media eXstream. Justification for Single/Sole Source Acquisition: Granicus, LLC, Carahsoft Technology Corp. is the owner, developer, and manufacture of the source code to the software referenced above and has exclusive rights to distribute the source code for the Software or authorize affiliates and resellers to distribute the Software on Supplier’s behalf. This computer software is required to fit the needs of the County's Communications Department. Recommended Procurement Approach: For the reason stated above, Clay County Purchasing Department intends to utilize the Sole Source Procurement method to contract with Granicus, LLC, Carahsoft Technology Corp.for supplying the above.
