Notice of Intended Single / Sole Source Purchase - Clinical/Mental Health Services

The description of services intended for purchase from a Single Source is posted in accordance with section 287.057(3)(c), Florida Statutes and will be posted for a minimum of 7 business days. This is a Notice for a Sole Source Source designation for Clay County Board of County Commissioners. Commodity or Service Required: Knowledgeable counseling, training, critical incident support, clinical assessments, and consulting to first responders, emergency service departments, personnel, and their families that falls in line with the National Fire Protections Associations (NFPA) 1500 standards for providers. Justification for Single/Sole Source Acquisition: This is the only service that will meet the specialized and unique needs of first responders, emergency service departments, personnel, and their families. Recommended Procurement Approach: For the reason stated above, Clay County Purchasing Department intends to utilize the Sole Source Procurement method to contract with Command Counseling Center, LLC for supplying the above.
