Food Truck Organizing and Management Services

The City of New Smyrna Beach (herein after, “City”) has issued this Request for Proposals (hereinafter, “RFP”) for Project ID , Project Title . The awarded company will be expected to organize and manage food truck events for various City events on an as needed basis. Services include, but not limited to: Selecting the vendor truck vendors, collecting required documentation and payment from food truck vendors, and ensuring food truck vendors are approved prior to events. The awarded company must be licensed to do business in the State of Florida to perform the requested services, in accordance with the specifications, terms, and conditions contained herein. If an award is made it shall be made to the best overall proposer(s) whose proposal is most advantageous to the City, taking into consideration the evaluation factors set forth in this RFP.
