Mobile Food Truck with Professional Kitchen - Food Services

Tucson Unified School District is comprised of eighty-six (86) schools, including twelve (12) middle schools and ten (10) high schools. The Tucson Unified School District Food Services Department intends to purchase a mobile food truck with select cooking equipment to operate daily and function as an additional service line at middle and high schools. The food truck will operate at each middle and high school once every menu cycle for a total of eight (8) times per school year and will allow for scratch cooked items to be placed on TUSD menus. Experience, design, quality, and the ability of the Offeror to meet the specifications requested by the District will be considered in determining award of the Proposal. The District reserves the right, with absolute discretion, to accept proposals, or any part of any proposal, and to make an award in the best interest of the District.
