Description
The City of Pasadena Water and Power Department (“PWP” or “City”) is seeking professional engineering services from one or more qualified firms to provide as-needed basis engineering services to support the environmental compliance and associated engineering work to meet the local, state, and federal regulations for the Pasadena power plants as outlined in this Request For Proposal ("RFP"). The initial term of the Contract resulting from this RFP is for five (5) years from the date the City executes the contract, with one (1) optional two (2)-year extension period subject to the approval of the General Manager.
