RFP for Professional Engineering Support Services for Complete Streets Improvements (ST2401)

The scope of work involves designing pedestrian and drainage infrastructure improvements at multiple locations in South San Francisco, including crosswalks, curb ramps, raised crossings, storm drain modifications, etc. Tasks include (but are not limited to): site assessment, design development, cost estimation, ROW certification (as needed), environmental clearance (as needed), public outreach and project management. Designs will adhere to ADA compliance and local regulations, with consideration for enhancing pedestrian safety, accessibility, traffic and overall urban mobility, and optimizing drainage. Deliverables will include detailed design plans, technical specifications, cost estimates, and support throughout implementation.
