Curriculum Writing Services Project # RFP 26-002 Purpose The project aims to develop a comprehensive curriculum for various subjects across K-12 grade levels in a New Jersey school district, ensuring alignment with New Jersey Student Learning Standards and NJQSAC requirements. It seeks to incorporate effective instructional design approaches, such as Gradual Release of Responsibility and differentiated instruction, to support diverse learners, including students with disabilities and multi-lingual learners. Additionally, the curriculum will integrate formative and summative assessments and be compatible with Microsoft Teams, providing a robust and cohesive educational framework that enhances student learning and achievement. Scope of Services The curriculum will cover the following subjects: Subject Grades Math 6-12 ELA 6-8 ELA – Honors 9-12 Science 6-8 Social Studies 9-12 Physical Education 9-12 Computer Art 1 & 2 9-12 Publishing Design 2 9-12 Curriculum writing must be completed within 45days of the contract start date. Standards Alignment: The curriculum must align with: New Jersey Student Learning Standards and NJQSAC requirements Instructional Design: The curriculum should incorporate: Gradual Release of Responsibility; differentiated instruction, and support for students with disabilities and multi-lingual learners. Assessment Integration: Include formative and summative assessments that align with the curriculum objectives.
