If applicable, a question and answer document will be posted to SAM.gov after the questions are due. All offers due no later than July 13, 2026 at 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
