Amendment 0005 - We are of the discrepancy, the overall Linear ft and Acres are the same. The government doesn't feel it should affect pricing. If the offeror feels it will affect their pricing, please indicate such in your proposal. Amendment 0004 - The purpose of this amendment is to provide a final question and answer document. All offers are due 07/13/2026 at 5:00 pm EST. Amendment 0003 - The purpose of this amendment is to provide a question and answer document. Amendment 0002 - The purpose of this amendment is to provide coordinates for the fence removal units. Amendment 0001 - The purpose of this amendment is to revise Attachment 2 Fence Removal Specifications. All questions shall be submitted via email to Ashley.Stoltzfus@usda.gov and are due no later than July 06, 2026 at 10:00 AM Eastern Standard Time. If applicable, a question and answer document will be posted to SAM.gov after the questions are due. All offers due no later than July 13, 2026 at 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. Email offers to Ashley.Stoltzfus@usda.gov This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 12444326Q0037 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Monongahela National Forest - Fence Removal. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 115310. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
