The content of the 3-day Applied Human Resources Management for Supervisors Training (AHRM) and the 2-day DLA HRM for Supervisors Refresher Training (DHSRT) course content will center on human resource management concepts and principles for the federal civilian workforce comprised of General Schedule (GS) and Wage Grade (WG) personnel.
