The Federal Bureau of Prisons, United States Penitentiary, Atwater, Ca intends to issue a single award to a qualifying entity for the provide various small arms ammunition that meets or exceeds the specs listed below. Vendors must be able to sell and deliver the ammo in the state of California. All ammunition must be new in box. No refurbished ammunition or loose ammunition will be accepted. We are seeking name brand or equivalent. All quotes should include shipping costs, FOB destination. Please note any additional Excise tax that will be assessed. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this requirement is 332992. The solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business. The small business size standard for this NAICS code is 1,300 employees. Quotes will be evaluated to which offer(s) conforms to the Specifications and is the most advantageous to the Government, with both Price and Delivery time considered.
