Ammunition Order for USP Atwater

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, United States Penitentiary, Atwater, Ca intends to issue an award to a qualifying entity that can provide various small arms ammunition that meets or exceeds the specs listed below. Vendors must be able to sell and deliver both 9mm and 5.56 ammunition in the state of California to USP Atwater and deliver within 90 days Receipt of Order. All ammunition must be New in box. No refurbished ammunition or loose ammunition will be accepted. All quotes should include shipping costs, FOB destination. The solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business. The small business size standard for this NAICS code is 1,300 employees. Quotes will be evaluated to which offer(s) conforms to the Specifications and is the most advantageous to the Government, with both Price, Past Performance, and Delivery time considered. Each potential vendor is required per FAR 52.212-3 to complete their representation and certifications via the Online Representation and Certification Applications (SAM) at http://www/sam.gov.
