The purpose of this Amendment A0006 to Solicitation 36C24825R0029 NFSG Home Oxygen is to provide the following attachments B.1 Revised Contract Administration Data, B.4 Revised Statement of Work, D.4 Revised Wage Determinations, and D.7 Revised Vendor Questions and Answers intended for amendment A0006. All Offerors must acknowledge this amendment. Please submit all Proposals to the Contracting Officer, Yolanda Glover, at yolanda.glover@va.gov by Thursday September 25th, 2025, no later than 4:00 pm EST. Late submissions shall be treated in accordance with the solicitation provision at FAR 52.212-1(c).
