The purpose of this amendment to Solicitation 36C24825R0029 for NFSG Home Oxygen is to notify you that we received a GAO (Government Accountability Office) protest on solicitation 36C24825R0029, filed on 09/22/2025 and to suspend proposal due date to address GAO protest. Proposal due date changes from September 25th, 2025 4pm EST, to October 27th, 2025 4pm EST. All Offerors must acknowledge this amendment. Please submit all Proposals to the Contracting Officer, Yolanda Glover, at yolanda.glover@va.gov by Monday October 27th, 2025, no later than 4 pm EST. Late submissions shall be treated in accordance with the solicitation provision at FAR 52.212-1(c).
