How to win SDVOSB set-aside contracts
Who qualifies. Small businesses at least 51% owned and controlled by one or more service-disabled veterans.
How to bid. Get SDVOSB certified through the SBA’s Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert) program — certification moved from the VA to the SBA in 2023 — and register in SAM.gov.
Apply through the SBA’s Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert) program; the VA no longer runs certification as of 2023.
A VOSB is veteran-owned; an SDVOSB is owned by a veteran with a service-connected disability, which unlocks additional set-asides.
