The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Installation Contracting Office, West Point, NY (MICC-West Point) is issuing this SOLICITATION for the service to crate, pack, and relocate items from the West Point Library. In order to be eligible for award, must be a small business must be registered as a GSA Contract Holder, see solicitation criteria.
