This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial service prepared in accordance with RFO 12. This announcement constitutes only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA527026QA029 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for Heavy Equipment Rental requirement. If you have any questions or inquiries, please email Ms. Ava Sabado at ava.sabado.jp@us.af.mil or Ms. Rose Napolitano at rose.napolitano@us.af.mil no later than 17 July 2026, 11:00 AM Japan Standard Time (JST). All questions received after this time may not be answered or entertained. Please respond to this RFQ by submitting a quote through email to Ms. Ava Sabado at ava.sabado.jp@us.af.mil or Ms. Rose Napolitano at rose.napolitano@us.af.mil NLT 10 August 2026, 11:00 AM JST. Late quotes may not be accepted; acceptance of late submissions is at the discretion of the contracting officer, IAW RFO 52.212-1. Any potential amendments will be issued in the same style as the solicitation. It is the responsibility of the offeror to confirm the arrival of quotes.
