Project Solicitation Number: FA813726R0024 Project Title: WWYK210116 – REPLACE HVAC, B285 Project Location: Tinker AFB -B285 Repair the HVAC system at project location within B285 at Tinker Air Force Base (AFB) Oklahoma 73145 The estimated project value is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 and is restricted to SB MAC BOA holders only. Project specific documents are attached to this posting. In the email, please provide email addresses for Prime Contractor ONLY points of contact to have the DoD Safe link sent to. Do not include any Sub-Contractor email addresses. After review of the project specific documents, if you are a Tinker AFB – MAC BOA Holder, please send an email to the Contracting Points of Contact as an RSVP stating you are interested in attending the Initial Site Visit. Your RSVP email must be received within 3 calendar days from the posting of this project. In your RSVP, please let us know if all personnel that will be attending the Initial Site Visit have base access. If anyone requires base access, you must forward with your RSVP the Entry Access List (EAL) so that we can know how many personnel require base access. ***** ONLY MAC BOA Prime Contractors are to RSVP, Subcontractors are to inform at least one Prime Contractor of their intention to attend and if a Subcontractor requires base access, they must be sponsored by a Prime Contractor. Only sevein individuals will be allowed per prime contractor. Site visit date will be (19 May 2026) and RSVPs are due 15 May 2026. Calendar invite will be sent to only those who have RSVPd.
