This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F3G3JF6098A001 is issued as a request for proposal (RFP) for B225 HVAC Replacement. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. CLIN 0001- Contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items necessary for the HVAC Replacement at building 225 as defined in the Statement of Work. ***Reference the attachments for specifications, descriptions, all provisions/clauses, and additional information. a. Period of Performance: 180 Calendar Days from Date of Notice to Proceed Receipt. b. Place of Delivery: Creech AFB, NV c. Inspection and Acceptance: FOB Destination d. In accordance with R-DFARS 236.204(iii), the magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. ** A site visit will be held on Thursday, 23 June 2026 at 1300 PDT.
