Solid Waste Collection Services at St. Croix National Scenic Riverway (SACN) The purpose of this amendment is to include the revised Technical Questionnaire which adds the quote requirement of a spill plan to question number two. The revised Technical Questionnaire is attached. Reminder to monitor the solicitation posting for any amendments posted until the solicitation closes.
