Solid Waste Collection Services at St. Croix National Scenic Riverway (SACN) Request for Quotes. Offerors are to refer to the complete solicitation package for full terms and conditions. The complete solicitation package includes the posting on sam.gov, this document, all attachments, and any amendments which may be posted during the solicitation. Attachments included: 1. Scope of Work 2. DOL Wage Determinations (3) 3. Technical Questionnaire 4. Standard Form 1449 The addendum to 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors Commercial Products and Commercial Services (Oct 2025) Addendum contains instructions for submitting quotes. There is no scheduled site visit as all the service areas are open to the public during normal park operating hours. Submit all questions via email to james_bissaillon@ios.doi.gov by June 12, 2026, to ensure enough time to provided answers. Reminder to monitor the solicitation posting for any amendments posted until the solicitation closes. All amendments must be acknowledged by the due date and time for quotes.
