Purpose The Federal Bureau of Prisons, FCI Tallahassee Food Service Department, requires the purchase and delivery of four (4) new commercial-grade, pass-through heated holding cabinets to support institutional meal service operations. The equipment shall be new, current production, and suitable for continuous use in a high-volume correctional food service environment. 2. Delivery Provide four (4) complete cabinets, factory assembled where applicable, with operating manuals and warranty documentation. Contractor Submission Requirements Offerors shall provide manufacturer, model number, product literature, technical specifications, electrical requirements, warranty information, and delivery lead time. 7. Evaluation Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose quotation is technically acceptable and represents the best value to the Government based on technical compliance, price, delivery schedule, warranty, and past performance (if applicable). 8. Brand Name or Equal Products offered shall meet or exceed the minimum specifications. Any manufacturer offering an equal product that satisfies the Government's requirements may submit a quotation.
