REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) — MARKET RESEARCH ONLY 1. Purpose This Request for Information (RFI) is issued solely for market research and planning purposes in accordance with FAR Part 10. Requirement Overview The Government is seeking information from qualified vendors for the following: Project Area: Federal Bureau of Prisons Women and Special Populations Branch (WASPB) Objective: The FBOP is seeking someone to develop and deliver a comprehensive trauma-informed training program that is responsive to women’s needs for executive leadership. 3. Set-Aside Market Research The Government is conducting market research to determine the availability of capable small business concerns and to support a potential set-aside decision in accordance with FAR Part 19 4.
