The works comprise the design development, supply, delivery, installation, testing, commissioning and handover of a replacement standby generator and all associated equipment, builder’s work, controls, connections and enabling works required for a complete and operational solution.

Installation of a new 250 kW exterior natural gas standby generator housed in a pre-manufactured walk-in enclosure on a new concrete pad at the south side of the Courthouse. Work includes new electrical distribution equipment (main distribution panel, automatic transfer switch, and transformer), new service feeders from the existing ATCO utility transformer, modifications to the natural gas service and meter, and all associated mechanical, electrical, and structural works.

The Project or Work consists of the installation of 480 Volt electrical equipment, including separately mounted circuit breakers, automatic transfer switches, mini-power centers, a diesel engine generator with subbase fuel tank, generator docking station, raceways and associated supports.
