Description
Health NZ is undertaking a project to implement new electrical distribution and control systems at substation 3 (Block T / “Boilerhouse”) at Palmerston North Hospital. We require the services of a Main Contractor to construct and commission the substation 3 electrical infrastructure works whch include: - Installation of new structural elements, building structures and fire separations. - Provision of new LV MSB (MSB 3) and LV generator bus A and B switchboards as indicated on drawings. - Removal of redundant equipment as indicated on drawings. - Installation and connection of new supply transformers 7455-P and 7456-P - Provision of temporary supplies and controls as required to undertake the project - Removal of redundant transformers and refurbishment of transformer bays as specified - Termination of new LV mains and submain cables - Submain migrations - Mechanical systems - Controls systems isolations and new equipment as indicated on drawings. - Software and HMI programming. - Controls and communications integration - Site based Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) (Offload). - Project Completion Blackstart test (TBC). - Making good and passive fire protection as specified.
