(1) Vendor needs to provide lab analysis services to the government authority located in North Attleborough, MA.– Perform bacteriological and chemical analysis of potable water.– Able to provide for emergency testing, weekends, and holidays and specify your procedures for providing services and the location.– PFAS DW Finished Samples– PFAS field blanks.(2) The contract period will be for one year.

(1) Vendor needs to provide annual fire sprinkler system inspection, testing and maintenance services to the government authority located in North Attleborough, MA.– Replace defective or non–compliant sprinkler heads, valves, and other components with appropriate materials in accordance with NFPA codes.– Ensure that all systems are free from physical damage, leaks, and corrosion.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 5, 2026.
