Fire Station No. 2 Parking Lot Expansion Construction

The City of Sierra Vista is requesting bids from qualified Contractors for 'Project Title , 'Project ID to be received no later than 'Proposal Submission Date at 'Proposal Submission Time . All bids received after bid response deadline will not be accepted. This Project will consist of earthwork, the construction of a new parking lot, a driveway, fencing, a gate relocation at the Sierra Vista Station #2 Fire Department. The new parking lot will be constructed of three (3”) of asphalt concrete over ten inches (10”) of aggregate base course. The project also includes construction of sidewalk, grading, scupper, dumped/grouted riprap, driveway, fence, gate relocation, removal of existing improvements, striping, parking bumpers, sign installation, and excavation of a retention basin. It shall be the Contractor's responsibility to complete the work specified herein and on the project plans. The contractor shall supply and/or provide any incidental services or accessories necessary to make the work complete and perfect in all respects and ready for operation. Any apparatus, appliance, material, or work not mentioned in the Specifications, or vice versa, or any incidental appurtenances necessary for the system to operate as to the intent of these Specifications, even if not particularly specified, shall be included in the bid price and furnished, delivered, and installed by the Contractor without additional expense to the City of Sierra Vista. It shall be the contractor’s responsibility to coordinate all work with nearby contractors whose project area may overlap with this project. No additional payment will be made for this effort.
