The scope generally includes, but is not limited to:</p><ul style=\"margin-bottom: 0in; margin-top: 2.4px;\"><li style=\"margin: 1.8pt 0in 1.8pt 0px; font-size: 12pt;\">Demolition and removal of existing interior finishes, fixtures, and accessories</li><li style=\"margin: 1.8pt 0in 1.8pt 0px; font-size: 12pt;\">Installation of new ADA-compliant and standard restroom stalls</li><li style=\"margin: 1.8pt 0in 1.8pt 0px; font-size: 12pt;\">Installation of new epoxy flooring with integral coved base</li><li style=\"margin: 1.8pt 0in 1.8pt 0px; font-size: 12pt;\">Installation of new FRP wall panels</li><li style=\"margin: 1.8pt 0in 1.8pt 0px; font-size: 12pt;\">Replacement of plumbing fixtures with vandal-resistant fixtures</li><li style=\"margin: 1.8pt 0in 1.8pt 0px; font-size: 12pt;\">Installation of new ADA-compliant lavatories, toilets, urinals, and mop basin</li><li style=\"margin: 1.8pt 0in 1.8pt 0px; font-size: 12pt;\">Modernization and replacement of restroom ventilation systems, including increased-capacity active ventilation and enhanced passive ventilation</li><li style=\"margin: 1.8pt 0in 1.8pt 0px; font-size: 12pt;\">Electrical upgrades to support new fixtures, lighting, ventilation, and no-touch amenities where feasible</li><li style=\"margin: 1.8pt 0in 1.8pt 0px; font-size: 12pt;\">Installation of a new exterior ADA-compliant drinking fountain with bottle filler</li><li style=\"margin: 1.8pt 0in 1.8pt 0px; font-size: 12pt;\">Associated plumbing, mechanical, and electrical work</li><li style=\"margin: 1.8pt 0in 1.8pt 0px; font-size: 12pt;\">All incidental work required to complete the Project as shown in the plans, specifications and contract documents</li><li style=\"margin: 1.8pt 0in 1.8pt 0px; font-size: 12pt;\">Contractor will be responsible for site security and safety through the duration of the project</li></ul><p style=\"margin: 9pt 0in; font-size: 12pt;\">The Work shall be performed in accordance with the <strong>City-approved plans and specifications</strong> prepared by <strong>Dreiling Terrones Architecture</strong>, dated November 2025, and all applicable codes.</p><p style=\"margin: 9pt 0in; font-size: 12pt;\">This project is funded partially by a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and as such is subject to:</p><ul><li><strong>California Prevailing Wage Law</strong> (Labor Code Sections 1720&ndash;1861) <a href=\"https://www.dir.ca.gov/oprl/2025-2/PWD/index.htm\">General prevailing wage determinations: 2025-2 journeyman determinations</a>&nbsp;</li><li><strong>Federal Davis-Bacon Act</strong> requirements due to CDBG-CV funding</li></ul>",
