(1) Vendor needs to provide community works program services to the government authority located in San Francisco, CA.• Recruits and supports a portfolio of nonprofit Host Sites, which collectively offer a range of scheduling options, exposure to different task types or occupations, language capacities and physical requirements.• Trains host sites on attendance reporting process.• Maintains and monitors host sites placement capacity.• Develops structured community works assignments with clearly defined duties and expectations. • Each assignment may include multiple service slots to accommodate several participants through flexible scheduling.• Provides an orientation to the participant that informs them of their duties, expectations, and pertinent safety practices.• Supervises day‑to‑day service activities and support participants’ skill development.(2) A pre–bid conference will be held on July 14, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than July 16, 2026.(4) A contract period will be for one year.
