Request for Proposal - South San Francisco Shuttle Service

Thank you for your interest in this Request for Proposal (“RFP”). The City of South San Francisco (“City”) intends to retain qualified service providers (“proposer”) to provide operation, maintenance, and related services for the South City Shuttle program, which is a community shuttle service serving the City of South San Francisco. This document details the scope of service to be performed and outlines the evaluation and selection process. The City of South San Francisco’s Public Works Department is requesting proposals from qualified providers to operate the South City Shuttle program and other related services for a thirty (30) month term beginning January 1, 2023 through June 30, 2025. Two additional term extensions may be executed pending a review of performance for a maximum two (2) years per extension.
