RFQ #PUARC-1768 - ABOVEGROUND STORAGE TANK (AST), UNDERGROUND STORAGE TANK (UST), AND VAPOR RECOVERY TESTING INSPECTION SERVICES

The County of Riverside Purchasing Department, on behalf of the Purchasing and Fleet Services Department (Fleet), Facilities Management Department (FM), Riverside County Fire Department (Fire), and the Transportation and Land Management Agency (TLMA), is requesting quotations for Underground Storage Tank (UST), Aboveground Storage Tank (AST), and Vapor Recovery Testing and Inspection Services. These services are required to ensure County-owned fuel storage and dispensing systems remain compliant with all applicable regulations. All inspections and testing must meet the requirements outlined in California Code of Regulations (CCR) Title 23, Chapter 16, as enforced by the State Water Resources Control Board, as well as Rule 461, as established by the California Air Resources Board (CARB). The awarded bidder will be responsible for conducting inspections in accordance with these regulations and providing all necessary documentation, forms, and certifications as part of their service. The County may award a contract based on initial submissions without negotiation. Therefore, bidders are strongly encouraged to submit their most competitive pricing with their initial response. All pricing must be inclusive of travel, inspections, documentation, forms, and certification costs, reflected as a single comprehensive rate per tank.
